Dawn Lemasters is Vice President of Operations for Talagy. In this role, Lemasters is responsible for all service delivery to clients and candidates across the company.  She has been an integral part of the company’s success during more than 20 years of service, primarily by creating and implementing talent solutions that improve her clients’ business results.  Over the past two decades, Lemasters has led some of Talagy’s most successful business segments, including Commercial Staffing, Managed Services, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.  During her tenure, she has led her teams to accomplish great things, including designing and managing one of the largest onsite staffing accounts in the nation, which resulted in growth from $13 million to over $130 million of annual revenue for the company in four years. Lemasters is a graduate of Florida State University where she received her B.S. in Marketing Communications.
