Great talent means great benefits! We want to cultivate and incent our talent to be the best and the brightest.  We do this through infusing our culture and vision, implementing our discovery and placement processes, and providing benefits and tools for our talent.

Vacation Pay is offered to our Associates who are presently working and have logged 1500 hours annually.  Talagy will pay vacation at an averaged rate of all assignments within the previous 1500 hours. 

Holiday Pay is offered to our Associates who are presently working and have logged 1200 hours in the past 36 weeks.  Talagy pays six nationally recognized holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Associates must have worked the day before and after the holiday for holiday pay to be granted. Current pay rate will apply.

Medical and Life Insurance is offered to our Associates upon hire.  Talagy offers medical plans with optional choices for vision, dental and disability coverage. 

Referral Bonuses are offered to those Associates who refer friends and family to Talagy. Bonus amounts range from $10 to $250 depending on the skill set of the individual referred.  The referred employee must work 40 hours before the referral is paid.

Scholarships are awarded annually.  Talagy offers two scholarships per year to eligible Associates and/or their dependants. Awards are $2,500 and $1,500.

Skill Enhancement is offered at each of our locations.  Associates can utilize our computerized tutorial program to enhance their computer skills.

Safety Incentive Bonuses are awarded monthly. Talagy recognizes that safety is an important aspect of our Associates decision when they accept an offer.  We encourage suggestions on how our client companies can make their environments safer.  Each month we choose the most effective safety suggestion and award the Associate who made the suggestion. 

Career Development Counseling is just part of what we do.  You can expect Talagy to take an active interest in your career and its development.  Whenever we recognize something that may improve your resume or interview technique, we’ll offer the suggestion.  Our Associates are always welcome to come to us for individualized counseling as needed. 

Associate of the Month Awards are also awarded monthly.  We enjoy taking the time to acknowledge our Associates for a job well done.  We’ll make a pretty big deal about it too.
