Local Branch Offices
Some clients need us to recruit employees for short-term assignments in particular markets. For those situations, we offer local branches across the country where we have the ability to meet candidates in our offices, conduct a variety of testing, and provide background screening and pre-hire processing before sending candidates to our clients’ sites to work.
Onsite Managed Services
In other situations, our clients want us to work at their facilities, serving as an extension of their company to recruit employees, temporary employees, or contractors. We are very experienced in moving into a client location to offer “soup to nuts” service delivery. Working in space provided by our clients, we deliver everything from sourcing to recruiting to testing to onboarding and beyond. We love these assignments because we’re able to literally “get inside” our clients’ businesses, soaking up the culture and improving our ability to find just the right people to meet their business needs.
Recruiter Based Services
Often, our clients want us to search the country for a particular assignment, providing them with pre-screened candidates that meet their specific criteria. In these situations, we are able to mobilize our expert recruiters both on the ground, via web conference, and on the telephone. Our recruiters have spent years meeting the people who will become the perfect resource for our clients. These recruiters have access to candidates throughout the United States and have formed excellent relationships with highly accomplished professionals who are experts in their fields. In these assignments, we reach out to our network of professionals to find a slate of candidates who fit the unique aspects of a particular assignment. Then we deliver finalist candidates to our clients for final interview and evaluation prior to making a hire—whether permanent or on a contract basis.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Increasingly, we are finding a number of clients who seek what’s commonly referred to as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). In these assignments, our clients look to us to provide fully or partially outsourced recruiting and onboarding services from our state-of-the-art operations center in Florida. Sometimes our clients opt to use our services instead of staffing recruiters internally. Other times we are asked to provide these outsourced services for particular positions or job families. In each of these cases, we partner with organizations to provide customized advisory services that address both strategic and tactical talent acquisition. Our team will ensure that your organizational processes, recruiting infrastructure and talent goals are all configured to meet your business objectives.
